Who We Are

We are London 2012 Logistics Limited and we have chosen to trade under the name of 2012 Logistics UK - Business Solutions. We trade under this name as we did not wish to create an identity that would portray us as being involved with the London 2012 Olympics. We do, however, offer our services to any company who wishes to be involved with the Games.

2012 Logistics UK - Business Solutions offers a diverse range of consulting services and business advice across a broad spectrum of disciplines. We can work with clients of all sizes, from large corporations down to small and medium sized companies. Although our focus is small to medium sized businesses - and by that we mean typically companies with five to 250 employees as a guide.

Our core competencies include: general business management, personal development and coaching, advice and mentoring, all aspects of organisation management, logistics and supply chain, financial and strategic planning, cost reduction and profit improvement. However, it doesn't stop there. We have access to over 5,500 highly professional specialists with a very wide range of skills, covering all aspects of business.

Why did we start 2012 Logistics UK - Business Solutions?

Large businesses use consultants all the time for a variety of reasons and it proves to be very effective. However, traditional consultancy is not often well suited to smaller and medium sized businesses. Larger consultancies typically don't have the cost structure or delivery mechanism required to effectively support businesses at this end of the economy.

We have found that what owners of this type of business want is 'practical advice that works' - not just management theory. That usually includes the 'hands-on' task of helping implement the solutions as well.
