Price Pledge
First, a quotation that is well over a hundred years old:

Let us be absolutely clear - we do have a fee structure and we do charge our clients for our professional services!
Our aim is to add value and make a measurable impact on your business. We will do so by being committed to delivering what we promise to your complete satisfaction. Therefore, our fee structure will be transparent and will reflect the reasonable amount of hours we have spent working with you.
We work on a three to one ratio - that is we can guarantee that for every one pound you are invoiced, your business will realise savings and efficiencies worth three times the amount you pay for our professional services.
In order for us to completely understand the requirements of your business, it will be necessary to plan a date and time to conduct a comprehensive fact finding audit at your premises. 2012 Logistics UK - Business Solutions will conduct this audit free of charge. This is in addition to your free Business Review and Health Check.
The fee you are asked to pay will include everything and you will not receive any other 'supplementary' invoices. We will urge you to challenge any aspect of our work or our charging fees so that, at all times during the process, you feel confident that you and your company are achieving best value for money.
Our pledge to you is that if we present an invoice for payment and you do not believe that the contribution we have made to your company is worth the money you are being asked to pay, then you only pay us for what you believe is the right and fair amount.
In return, we would ask that when we present our invoice for payment on the agreed terms, then you honour your commitment by ensuring payment is made within those terms.
